Postpartum Nourishment

The postpartum period is not the time to “bounce back.”
It is the time to be deeply nourished. Our Postpartum Meal Preparation is designed to support healing, hormone balance, digestion, milk production, and nervous system for postpartum period. Meals are thoughtfully prepared using warming, grounding, easily digestible ingredients inspired by Ayurvedic postpartum principles and traditional wisdom from cultures around the world.

Everything is made fresh, organic whenever possible, and tailored to your body and recovery.

Belly Binding

A traditional postpartum wrap that supports core recovery, eases lower back discomfort, and helps mothers feel physically supported and grounded during healing.

Ideal for women in the first 42 days after birth, whether recovering from vaginal or cesarean delivery, as well as those experiencing core weakness, diastasis recti, or seeking additional abdominal and back support as their body rebuilds strength.

Closing Of the Bones Cerimony

Closing of the Bones is a traditional postpartum ceremony designed to honor a mother’s transition after birth. Through warm oil massage, gentle rebozo wrapping, and intentional space holding, the body is carefully supported, the womb acknowledged, and the nervous system invited into rest.

This ritual offers an opportunity to integrate the birth experience, release stored emotion, and restore a sense of wholeness and containment. It is a moment to be witnessed, supported, and deeply cared for.

Whether weeks, months, or years after giving birth, this ceremony can provide meaningful healing
