My life's journey has taken me across the globe, from my native Russia to the vibrant city of Auckland, New Zealand, and finally to the United States, where I've resided for the past 11 years.
In 2013, while living in the bustling metropolis of New York City, I stumbled upon my first yoga teacher, Marco Rojas. It was through him that I discovered a profound love for yoga, and I eagerly delved into its practice. After spending several years under Marco's guidance, I embarked on my first-ever teacher training at the renowned Metta Earth Institute in Vermont. This transformative experience set me on a path of self-discovery and growth. Seeking further knowledge and expertise, I continued my studies under Jared McCann at Lighthouse Yoga Studio in Brooklyn, completing both his 200-hour and 500-hour teacher trainings.
Seeking a change of scenery, I relocated to the serene North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Embracing the island's tranquil atmosphere, I immersed myself in the local yoga community, teaching asanas at a beloved yoga studio Open Space in Haleiwa and offering private group classes. During my time in Hawaii, I also embarked on two 10 day Vipassana courses, cultivating a strong foundation in meditation and spirituality that has profoundly shaped my life.
In March 2022, my life took another extraordinary turn with the birth of my beautiful son, Lyon. Motherhood became my most profound transformation, and I eagerly sought ways to support other mothers and expectant mothers. Motivated by this passion, I pursued a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training, as well as birth & Ayurvedic postpartum doula trainings. These endeavors solidified my desire to empower and assist new mothers on their unique journeys.
Currently residing in Venice, CA, I have started offering baby and me classes, creating a nurturing space where mothers and their little ones can come together. It has been a joyous experience connecting with these incredible women, as we support and uplift each other through the wild and wondrous adventure of motherhood. My classes blend the practice of yoga with heartfelt conversations, sharing valuable tips and resources, all while cherishing precious moments with our babies.
This amalgamation of my passion for yoga, spirituality, and motherhood has woven a tapestry of experiences and expertise that allows me to guide and inspire women during this magical phase of their lives. I am grateful for the opportunity to create a supportive community and witness the beauty of mothers embracing their power.
