Nourishment Details

Portion Size
Each dish includes two generous portions designed to provide multiple meals or shared servings. Broths are delivered in 32 oz glass jars.

Dietary Needs
Menus can be adjusted to accommodate common dietary preferences including gluten-free and dairy-free. Please share any allergies or sensitivities during your inquiry so meals can be thoughtfully prepared for you.

Customization
Meals are curated based on your stage of postpartum recovery and personal preferences. You are welcome to select specific dishes from the menu or request a more guided weekly plan.

Preparation & Delivery
Meals are delivered fresh and ready-to-eat. Simple reheating instructions are provided for ease and convenience. In-home preparation may be available upon request.

Ingredients
Organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Meals are warming, easy to digest, and designed specifically for postpartum healing — no cold or raw foods.

Ordering Schedule
Orders are accepted on Wednesdays for Saturday morning delivery. Preparing in small, intentional batches allows for the highest level of freshness and care.

Minimum Order
A minimum order of $150 is required.

Delivery Area
Postpartum Nourishment is available for local delivery within Santa Cruz and nearby communities. Delivery fee is $20
