Lactation treats

These Lactation Treats are a powerhouse of healing ingredients designed to support postpartum recovery, provide sustained energy, and encourage healthy milk production. You can pre batch and store them in the fridge up to a month.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sprouted almonds (or cashews, or pumpkin seeds with sunflower seeds 50/50)

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates (soft and sticky)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (for fiber and hydration)

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for healthy fats and binding)

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds (optional, great for digestion and hormone balance)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (warming and blood sugar balancing)

  • ½ tsp cardamom (digestive support)

  • 1 tsp tulsi powder (reduces stress and supports immunity)

  • 1 tsp shatavari powder (Ayurvedic herb for lactation and hormone balance)

  • ½ tsp fennel powder (supports milk production)

  • 3 tbs brewers yeast (rich in B vitamins and known to boost milk supply)
